My e-mail is not letting me click on multiple e-mails to delete all at once.

I have a local e-mail company World Connx, I use the bookmark to open it up. I am getting my e-mails fine, but now I can not click on multiple e-mails to delete, once I click on it, and move off the spot, the check goes away. All of a sudden my letters are hesitating as I type them, and when I backspace it goes one past the times I backspace. The local center said maybe I am having compatibility issues with Firefox. Can you help me fix this problem? Thanks Linda

Hi Linda, I would recommend updating the Flash plugin. If that does not help, filing a bug in both accounts webcompat.com and the email provider's support would be the next steps.
