It has ARM 7 quadcore Cortex, so it should be compatible. Since I have also seen this happen on two other threads, it would be great if we could narrow down what is causing it to freeze. For example, is is on start up or is it random after browsing for a while? Does it happen when you install from Google play vs https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/android/ ?

It installs fine. No problems starting up. Often when a page is loading it just stops half way through, waiting a few minutes it finishes loading. Sometimes i can go back to exit out of it and load up chrome that loads the same page lightning fast. Then a popup comes up saying ff is not responding and gives a choice to report wait or close.

I have also noticed it often works good early mornings or late at night. So I'm wondering if it preloads page content and the source is saturated during peak times?

BTW i have tried both versions (beta) from the play store. My GS5 is not rooted, carrier is t-mobile. Has the same problems on 4glte and my wifi.
