since from three days my ff browser become very slow .many ppoups r coming and ads r loading on firefox . i want my firefox back to normal condition .
i always use firefox browser and recently i got a sirious broblem in ff. i am getting too many popups and ads in ff . i try to remove them but i cant succed . i dont know how to solve this . i have check control pannel also for to check there are any unwanted softwares .there are all good softwares there . i am getting too much anger due to these ads . when ever i open anything i am getting ads . i have seen that the adds are coming in chrome also . i want u to suggest good tip . i am not able to browse internet properly due to these ads . please help me .

hello, you probably have malicious software present on your system. please perform all these steps:
- reset firefox (this will keep your bookmarks and passwords)
- afterwards go to the firefox menu ≡ > addons > extensions and in case there are still extensions listed there, disable them.
- finally run a full scan of your system with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner to make sure that adware isn't present in other places of your system as well.
i already have kaspersky antivirus software . these adds showing even in chrome and internet explorar also .
