Hello judsonhsimmons, maybe the site is down, can you post the site to see if we can open it or not ?

thank you
Thanks, I tried that, and it's not.
check if your firewall, or your antivirus blocks access for that site.
I'm not too sure how to do that. I have Norton.
You still have not posted the web site or the link you are using.
I'm trying to get on to www.chase.com. I had Norton check to see if it was something with the firewall, but they couldn't find anything wrong.
How about - https://www.chase.com/ - does that work?
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

I tried the other link, and it didn't work. Also, though I'm not 100% sure, it must be the site. I tried it on my wife's computer, and it didn't load there either.
it works fine with me !! try restarting the browser!
As a last resort;
Remove History For One Site Open the History Manager <Control><Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any passwords / settings.
Sorry, that didn't work.
I tried using a fake user / password, and was redirected to; https://chaseonline.chase.com/Logon.aspx?LOB=RBGLogon It can't hurt to try it.
You type Chase.com in the address bar and press enter, or use a bookmark. What happens? What messages? What anything?
Earlier, I got on (partially) using "chaseonline.chase.com...", but it wouldn't load completely. I read online that other people are having issues, and that it might be something to do with hackers. (I'm guessing a denial-of-service attack) I'll try at work tomorrow.
