i have nothing on the left side of my news feed page on f b no words or anything ,like my message,events,groups,games or anything else please help

i have had this problem twice in a week and tired of it, i have nothing on the left side of my news feed page on facebook , i dont have the words , events, message, groups, games and all the names of my games i play, and all the group names i have joined and alot of other things i had on there and i dont know if its mozilla firefox or facebook so would you please let me know or please fix this problem it hurts my hands and fingers to have to type in everything i need do to i am disabled and my hands and fingers are crippling do to my illness so i need this problem fixed it hurts to type anything so please let me know whats going on. thanks you

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

  • Clear the Cache and
  • Remove Cookies Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to.

Type about:preferences<Enter> in the address bar.

  • Cookies; Select Privacy. Under History, select Firefox will Use Custom Settings. Press the button on the right side called Show Cookies. Use the search bar to look for the site. Note; There may be more than one entry. Remove All of them.
  • Cache; Select Advanced > Network. Across from Cached Web Content, Press Clear Now.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?

Then restart.
