How does one get in contact with customer support? I can't find a phone number anywhere. Everytime FireFox is updated, my Norton vaultis disabled.
Whenever Fire Fox is updated, the Norton toolbar is disabled for anywhere from one to three weeks. Can't you fix it before the release?

Mozilla does not provide phone support. This is the only method of support, this support forum.
Your toolbar being disabled is beyond Mozilla's control. Norton is not keeping up to date with Mozilla, they have more than enough time to have their add-on compatible with next latest version of Firefox. There is nothing that can be done here by Mozilla, please contact Norton for further assistance.
Norton is responsible for "fixing" their stuff to be compatible with Firefox, not the other way around.
Norton does update their Firefox addons for each new version of Firefox on the same day that the new Firefox version is released. All you need to do is to run the Live Update for Norton immediately after the Firefox update is installed.
Andrew, actually they do keep up (ever since Firefox 5.0) unlike many other antivirus companies who provides extension(s) to tie in with their client.
Unlike with most extensions, these ones have to be updated for each new major Firefox version.
For Firefox 34.0 they will likely have a liveupdate on Dec 1st to 3rd since the Fx 34.0 will be on Dec 2nd.
