Hello all, I have acquired a laptop that runs on vista 32bit and i am trying to uninstall and make a clean installation of firefox. On the add remove program window it shows two mozilla firefox, version 15.0.1x86 and version 16.0.1x86. The problem is that when i click uninstall nothing at all happens hence i cannot remove any of them. If there is a way to solve the matter i would appreciate any help given. Thank you in advance.

Hello, try to delete the Firefox Installation folder

  • C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\

But first download Firefox from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ (full installer) save the setup file to your computer and install it later (after the above delete move).
