How can I add emai addresses to the junk mail list

I am getting a lot of junk mail from lots of companies I never heard of Seems to be coming from a group I joined.

I need to get rid of them

Perhaps you need to surrender your group membership then if they are sending unsolicited mail. There is no such thing as a free lunch.
