tells me can't download don't have permission. i am administrator
every time i try to download and open program, it tells me i do not have permission. this is getting frustrating. i am in a home network and i am the administrator

I have same problem - attaching screenshot below...Well, I uploaded pdf file but get "Error uploading image Invalid or no image received..." Sorry
