Ctrl-Shift-T Doesn't Work
The shortcut Ctrl-Shift-T does not work and that is crucial to me when re-opening tabs. And that upside-down triangle button that shows all your tabs won't show them, either, and it only shows "Undo Close Tab" and "Tab Groups".

Have you tried <Control> T
It reopens the tab but not where it was last.
Are you talking about restoring a closed tab? That is a different action.
Press the Alt or F10 key to bring up the tool bar. Then select History. At the top of the menu look for Recently Closed . . . . .
You can also get an add-on to make this easier.
Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.
