had a problem with mozilla firefox,uninstalled it ,tried to re=install it and get a error " can't find personal......"

I would really like to get fire fox back on my computer. why can't I re-install it. when reinstalling, it goes through all of the windows asking for permission... and after it says "completed" a window pops up saying personal credentials not found and the program does not start.

I've never heard of this issue before, can you post a screenshot to help us identify it? Just follow the instructions in this article How do I create a screenshot of my problem?

Also, what operating system is the computer you were trying to install Firefox on running (XP, Vista, 7, 8)?
