You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

• Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
• Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

• Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

I have done on what you have gave me. However, I have no interest to download OS X Yosemite, which it's the newest feature for my Mac. I have no interest to download it, because of the reviews. I have followed the steps from Start Firefox in Safe Mode - Disable all extensions. I have not done Test for faulty extensions, because even if I have disabled all of my extensions (Non-scripts, Ghostery, and AdPlus 2.6.8), I still receive the triangle with ! inside of it from my hotmail account and from youtube. Should I install the OS X Yosemite?

If there is mixed passive content (e.g. images) then Firefox shows an exclamation mark instead of "Site Identity Button" (globe/padlock) on the location/address bar.

You can open the Web Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer;Ctrl+Shift+K) and check the Net log for lines with a red vertical bar and a mixed content warning icon. Clear the log and reload the page to get an updated log.
