EVERYTHING Firefox downloads is corrupt across multiple Windows User Accounts.
EVERY FILE that I try to download using Firefox (most prevalent EXEs), is corrupt!!! NO MATTER what EXE it is, it's corrupt whenever I try to access the file on my computer!!! EVEN IN Firefox safe mode!!! my sister uses Firefox as well but on her Windows login user account, she has the SAME EXACT problem!!! if it is say more than 2MB, corruption happens!!!

Please first update to the latest version of Firefox and Flash:
Check to see if there is a security program, including a Firewall or Antivirus that might be limiting the downloads or scanning them if there is a corruption.

- Configure firewalls so that Firefox can access the Internet
Since it is happening on the same network to multiple users its possible to check if the Admin of the OS has set a limit as well as contact the ISP (comcast or your internet provider) to help troubleshoot the issue.
