since last update nothing loads and firfoxes crashes often
since the last update firefox has become useless, nothing will load it constantly crashes and not much seems to work on firefox since this update. Please also try safe mode, in the shutdown hang crashes there are a few that have listed extensions. Please try to disable these as well as see if there are improvements in Safe mode:
The crash reports flagged these programs;
mswsock.dll = Microsoft
winmm.dll = Windows Multimedia
combase.dll = Microsoft

See if there are updates for your graphics drivers https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
