All of my extensions, and add-ons were deleted overnight. I can't find an old firefox data folder to restore my old profile
Firefox deleted all of my extensions and add-ons overnight. None of the fixes I've found work, I need help restoring my old profile

Did you check for the presence of multiple profiles in case a new profile got created?
You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder and go down one level to see if there are more profiles.
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?

Yeah, I checked. There is only 1 profile

No, I don't have that folder on my desktop. I couldn't find it anywhere actually

It was. I added a few to it since, one which I consider essential no longer works though (tree style tabs)
Did you only lose the extension or did you lose other personal data and settings as well?
You would normally only lose the extensions if you create a new profile folder, either via a reset/refresh or possibly because of problems with the profiles.ini file. With a reset you would have an "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop.

I only lost the extensions. I left the PC on to do a steam download overnight. When I woke up and opened up the browser it was in base mode. All of my tabs, saved data were present. I looked for the Old Firefox Data folder then, but it isn't there.
