This question is specific to a Mac platform. I am running Tbird 38.0.1.

The problem I wish to solve is that after I installed a new hard drive, and restored the Mac using Time Machine, in one of my accounts the emails that came from that restore are completely blank when I click on the email. The email shows up in a list (In box), but when I click on that email, there is nothing. It only happens for one of the folders (Inbox), for one account, and only for the emails that came in before the last Time Machine backup. Everything post-backup is just fine.

One bit of clarification. The emails are set up under POP, and it is only in this one account, for emails received on the back-up.

right click the folder, select properties and then the repair button.

Will you mac users please make up your mind. If I tell you use Command click I get lambasted about macs having two button mice for a decade. I don't and I get told no right click. seriously I have no idea or real interest in macs.

So I leave it up to you. You figure out how to right click on your mac. I don't use them. I never have and, until they are priced competitively, never will.
