I have been having crashes for 45 days and getting adobe flash plugin crashed.....Send plugin crash reports to help Mozilla improve Firefox. I have downloaded adobe numerous times and get the same results. I do not get this activity with any other browser. Please advise

Try in Firefox's safemode and with all other plugins disabled by setting to never activate. That is particularly important with Real Player related software, as historically that has not always got along well with FlashPlayer on Firefox.

  1. Does that help ?
    Do you get fewer, or no crashes ?
  2. If you still get crashes please visit about:crashes. A explained lower down. Please provide 3 or 4 Crash IDs from crashes from safemode & other plugins disabled. They start bp-. Forum software converts those to links but only AFTER they have been posted. You will not see the link in Preview Reply

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
