I sync my account before resetting my computer. When logging back on, with the same credentials, the information is still not coming through. Please assist.
I had to reset my computer. I backed up everything and verified that my sync worked. When I put in the password, the account wouldn't take it. So we had to reset the password, but still nothing is coming through. Can you assist? Do you have a backup anywhere?

No, sync is not a back up service, only sync. I am sorry, but unless you have a back up of your profile locally it is not recoverable.
