how toRemove new update, return to older version or use new outlook?
The current contains files that I do not want on my computer. I want to rollback to the earlier edition, but can't find instructions how to accomplish this. Please give me instructions to delete the new update and return to the previous version.

You can not find instructions on this so called rolling back because we are not in the business of decreasing peoples security by telling them how to use insecure older software. For the same reason links to older software are handed out as needed. There are occasions when using an older version is appropriate. But we certainly do nothing to encourage it.
Outlook is available for purchase from many online retailers. If that is what you want, simply purchase it.
