With over 14 thousand add-ons, is there a data base to categorize them without going through each one individually?

I've had to re-install (restart) Firefox and lost all my add-ons. The add-on list is now VERY LONG and I don't want to spend time looking at each one individually. Is there a way to separate them such as not looking at ones in foreign languages, or putting all that have a similar function in a group?

hi mozilla's addon database is at https://addons.mozilla.org/ where you can search or filter for certain addons, explore addon categories or find similar addons to a particular extension.

Take a look at - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/collections/ - which allows you to build your own "collection" for the exact reason you posted here. It has the option of making your collection private, and it speeds up the creation of a new Profile or rebuilding a Profile when you lose all your add-ons.
