Turning off the zoom window when tapping near multiple links
I've been running Nightly for some time and lately there's a feature I thought was neat until I started running into real usability problems with it. The little zoom window that pops up when tapping on a link that is close to another (or tapping inside a text box to meet the cursor for typing.) This is we're my problems start. I thought it was a neat feature at first, but it doesn't behave like I think it should and it's just getting in the way more than it's helping.
I'd like to turn it off.
When editing a field in reddit, the zoom comes up, doesn't properly render the cursor so it's hard to tell where the cursor is when typing. The zoom doesn't go away when I start scrolling so the window just sits there in the way. When clicking on multi-line links, it pops up causing me to have to tap twice to navigate. It's become a nuisance.

Hi Andir, It sounds like this is the feature that you tap on to focus on a text or a url in the page. I have two suggestions for support:
- I searched for the about:config entry that might be contributing to this in the beta version, since today's nighlty seem to keep crashing in my device. For forms, its the one called formhelper.autozoom. Tap that to false and I am not sure if this happens for urls, but there is one for search as well that will come up if you search for "zoom"
- Leave feedback for the developers at input.mozilla.org for other suggestion as you use Nightly.
Providing an option to turn off the zoom is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1189971 it is not fixed yet.
In the mean time you could use the Aurora build, downloadable from https://aurora.mozilla.org
