Hi Everybody,

I just had a strange thing starting to happen yesterday. Now when i type an adress in the address bar , after i press the second character the text disappears so i dont see what i am typing. If i continue text starts showing but only 'cut in half' and after the 13th character is typed then all shows again.

I reinstalled the latest version 40.0.2 and still the same problem however when i start firefox in safe mode.... it all works fine.

This only happens with Firefox and in the address bar... all the rest seems to be working fine

any idea of what can be causing the issue and how can i fix it?

Many thanks in advance

Hiera

hi hiera, that's likely an issue with hardware acceleration. please update your intel graphics driver (this should be the right link for your configuration): https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24971/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-64-bit
