38.2 hangs frequently using Windows 10. SOLVED in version 38.3.0 (likely bug 1196662)
38.2 frequently (daily) hangs. The only button that works is the X to close the app. I have to restart it each time it hangs. I've restarted in safe mode and disabled all add ons. Still hangs

What is your anti-virus software?

Like my anti virus, for example (Eset NOD), also my PDF reader (Foxit), just to name a couple
