Firefox crashes
Hello geeks, My Firefox 41.0.2 (I use it in private mode) starts and works properly but sometimes it crashes. It's annoying, even because it seems it doesn't send any health report, despite being set to do so. More, I couldn't get anything typing in the location bar the command about:crashes as I learnt from your support pages. The result is: The address isn't valid.
More, and weird...: while it is working properly every now and then a dialogue box pops up and says something like this (I'm sorry I can't be more precise): Firefox crashed, what do you want to do? Leave closed / restart.
I hope these pieces of information help you to help me. In case I help you with more information about my Firefox do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you Regards Alberto

You appear to be using a Firefox version from the Ubuntu repositories that, being a third-party build, doesn't support the Mozilla crash reporter. You would have to install the Firefox version from the Mozilla server to be able to send reports.
You can find the full version of the current Firefox release (41.0.2) in all languages and all operating systems here:

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
