You are losing thousands of users who get annoyed when they start seeing the error message "The connection was reset" on their favorite websites. Instead of asking users to clear their cache and perform other shamanic rituals, why don't you just fix this problem that has been around for years? Chrome never has this problem, hence there is a way to avoid it. Instead of asking the users to do x y z to troubleshoot and repair the problem, why don't you offer a simple button "Would you like Firefox to find a solution to this problem for you?" And then Firefox (not me) finds out why it (Firefox, not me) has a problem. I don't have a problem: i simply switch to another browser. Firefox has a problem.

hi, you appear to be using firefox 34.0 which is vastly outdated - this and requesting fixes for issues (which will only land in later updates) is mutually exclusive. so first pleaseUpdate Firefox to the latest release and test if the problem is still there. if so, please report back here again. thank you!
