I always use the private window option on a public computer, and I noticed that when I log into Amazon & go to a regular window (not private) my account shows?
I thought Private window doesn't save that info, and I'm sure I closed that private window before, I was charged for a digital item something I didn't not watch. I'm just confused on what makes it private window, when it's not private at all, when it's not suppose to save a password or login to that website.

you must have been logged in to your amazon acct, private browser or not this site knows who you are if you're logged in to it. Private browsing is more for not saving history, if you're already logged in to a website and then open a private browser it may log you in there too, so check to make sure its not or simply log out
