Password/username problem no reset being emailed after requesting.
I know my password to sign into Mozilla Firefox is correct. I keep getting incorrect username or password message. I have requested a password reset be sent to my e-mail several times from several devices but still nothing has been sent. How can I get into my account? Thank you

Such e-mail is always sent to the address on file with the web site.
Any username/password issues should be posted here with password in the heading, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums/contributors

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
