Hello! I am still having this issue. It is getting worse. Now I can be typing a response or clicking to navigate to an article/link and the page will indiscriminately jump to another open page. Can anyone help??

" I typically have four Firefox browser windows open at one time. I work from home, and need them in order. Recently (never had this problem since FF was released!) whenever I use or click on a page, it moves indiscriminately from one spot to another. There is no rhyme or reason to this. Sometimes in the middle of a transaction the page will suddenly shift to another open page."

hello, can you try to replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once? if not, maybe an addon is interfering here...

Are you talking about the icons on the task bar, or the windows themselves?

philpp. I did try this solution,(launching in safe mode) i had found the same suggestion on line. I only have two add-ons currently, "NoScript" and "Adblock Plus" I have had them both installed together for over a year. I tried deactivating both, and the problem persisted. I then removed and reinstalled them both. I also removed and reinstalled FF, still the problem persists?

FredMcD, I am talking about the Windows themselves. They just move without warning, even in the middle of typing this response another page shifted into place and I had to go looking for this page again!!
