I heard a rumor that google pays you 1 billion a year for your costumers search history. Is that true? Because if it is so much for prviacy. And if it is not please explain to me how the rumor started? Because i need my privacy also does firefox log any activity? Is this true. Because i thought firefox was all about privacy? hello, this rumor does not have a foundation in reality. firefox neither generates any revenue due to a partnership with google at the moment, nor does it collect your search history - except locally on your device for your own use.
