Firefox keeps moving my bookmark URL around randomly. Sometimes it happens when I make a video full screen and then minimize and sometimes it happens when I open and close my browser. Whatever happens also messes with my Next Page/Back Page, Home, New Tab, etc. buttons. It somehow makes takes the square around them away and minimizes them and makes it look like they didn't fully load.

The image shows my problem. I moved some of the icons back to where they belong and they faded. The icons below the faded ones, next to the URL bar, are what they are supposed to look like. And, of course, the bookmarks are above the URL, where they are not supposed to be.

The screenshot didn't attach. Could you please try again?

Are you u Sync to sync bookmarks?

You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database (bookmarks, history) in the Firefox profile folder.

See also:

If you use Sync then best is to disconnect Sync (temporarily) while performing maintenance/repair efforts to the places.sqlite database.

Yeah, I had just noticed and was trying to put it into an acceptable format. The image is now attached. Thank you.
