I belongs to Java developer team. Few user of my java application are facing slowness of application if they are trying to load a grid.please help

I belongs to Java developer team. Few user of my java application are facing slowness of application if they are trying to load a grid. Grid is populating data from DB. even with few records, Grid is getting loading in 10 minutes. for rest users, Grid is loading smooth in few seconds. we have compared the Mozilla version and browser setting, all are same. Please help
