Synchronisation with Office 365 Exchange is failing
Since yesterday, IMAP synchronisation of CityU (Office 365 Exchange) email with Thunderbird didn't retrieve all the folders and filed messages. I cannot even send messages from Thunderbird. Do you know why? (I tried in both my office and my laptop computers and the same problem occurred.) Thank you.

Do you have an error message? Are you using SMTP/IMAP or the exchange add-on?
IMAP and no error but some computing staff told me it was a problem of Microsoft and they fixed it over the weekend.
