unable to download bbciplayer programmes
I get this message "The address wasn't understood

Install the BBC iPlayer. http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/install
The BBCiplayer is already installed. The problem arose because I wanted to download some programmes and I got the message I posted asking for help to resolve it.
I'm not familiar with iPlayer. I'd suggest you look for or ask for help on the BBC website.
