can I move the slidebar from the right to left side

I'm left handed and l'm using a tablet and having the slide bars on the right is a pain.

Set the layout.scrollbar.side pref to '3' to place the scroll bar at the left side.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
