Hello, I am developing a website which will be used in two languages (English & Arabic) so i want to change the browser sidebar dynamically. How to do it?

Hello,

I want to change the browser's scroll which is default in right side. I am developing a website which will be used in two languages (English & Arabic) i want to change the scroll bar as per language selection .

I know how to do it in mozilla browser but how can i change the sidebar using programming language.

How to do using jQuery, JavaScript et..
