I get "unexpected error" every time I try to log into my account.

Also, password and user name reset emails never arrive.

I have the feeling there is something really wrong with my account.

hi, yes there is currently a general ongoing service outage affecting logins with firefox accounts. mozilla engineers are aware of it and working to resolve it. please try it again a little bit later & sorry for the inconvenience!
