websites will not open although listed in the top left hand menu when typed in
I initially lost my profile but got it back following the Profile Manager instructions and now can open Firefox but I cannot open any website. I type in the site name and its listed in the top left-hand corner but will not open - thanks.

hi again, we have now released an update to firefox 46.0.1 which might hopefully address this issue. you can download and install it from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

hi henryhornblower, do you happen to run trusteer rapport on that device?
Thanks Philipp, I have found a download RapportSetup.exe. I don't know what it is or what it is for, but does this answer your question.

yeah, could you go into your system control panel and see if the program is listed there as well &if so, try to uninstall it and see if this makes a difference...
Trusteer Endpoint Protection is listed in Programs. I will delete and let you know the result. Many thanks for your help.
