The times on my events on my screen are correct but when I print the calendar the time show up in the senders time zones.
This happens with several appointments people have sent me. I see my calendar on my screen and the appointment time adjust to my time zone. However, when I print the calendar the events show up with the senders tiem zone. I have not figured out if there is a pattern to certain events or not.

My problem is almost the same, but it happens when I enter an event myself. It prints one hour later than what shows on screen.
Has anone come up with a fix yet? About all I can add is that I have the issue only with appointments that other people people send me. Originally I thought it was one contained to one person but that assumption was wrong.
I can not see any bugs that relate since 2007.
On the toolbar > Options > calendar > general and check you have the correct time zone selected.>
Double click the calendar on the windows task bar and select date and time settings. Check the correct time zone is selected for windows.
My thinking it they might be different hence display correctly and mess up when passed to the printer.
Thanks but I checked and I have my timezone correct. I have been all over the settings and options too. It is the stranges thing. the appontment time show up correctly on my screen getting converted from the senders time to my local time but when I print the calendar it prints the senders time. I would just edit the original appointment if I could but so far that is not a fucntionthat we have. It is troubling because it is obvious something on my end since no one else is reporting the issue.
Thanks again for the suggestion.
I am still chasing down the problem. One thing I noticed is that the event time does properly convert to my time in the calendar as it apperars on my screen but upon priniting it reverts to the person's time who sent the event. The new piece of information is that the correct times print if I print the list of events and only revert back to the senders time zone when I print the Monthly Grid or the Weekly Planner. I really do not get it.
Does the printer have a time zone?
If you install a print to PDF printer does it have the same issue.

I have the same problem when I sync to my Google calendar or if I export an ICS from Google calendar and import it into Thunderbird. I've noticed in the ICS that some events contain time entries specified like
DTSTART;TZID=America/New_York:20161002T180000 DTEND;TZID=America/New_York:20161002T190000
and they show up correctly in the Monthly Grid and Weekly Planner. [Note: "New York" is my time zone.] If I change the timezone in the above entry to "Denver"
DTSTART;TZID=America/Denver:20161002T180000 DTEND;TZID=America/Denver:20161002T190000
the correct 2 hr offset occurs in the calendar but incorrectly shows up without any adjustment in the Monthly Grid and Weekly Planner.
Other events contain time entries specified like
DTSTART:20161002T150000Z DTEND:20161002T160000Z
and these show up incorrectly in the Monthly Grid and Weekly Planner. They aren't getting converted from Zulu time.
Regarding the question about the printer I'll just note that these errors can be seen in the Print Preview window prior to actually being printed and display properly in List layout.
Thanks for any assistance, I hope this additional information helps. I'd really like a fix for this.
