Firefox has supported TLS 1.2 since before version 30 Test on this site
- https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/viewMyClient.html
- What result do you get, my Firefox is confirmed as supporting TLS 1.2
If yours is not working it is probably due to some sort of security software you are using.
