When I run the installation for Flash or Silverlight plugins, it shows me a EULA that I can choose to agree to or not.

When Firefox installs Google Widevine plugin, as far as I recall it doesn't particularly ask or tell the user about it, or present them with a EULA to choose to agree with or not. For example on linux systems when they want to install some proprietary software for mp3 or something, they present you with the agreements and the choice. And aside from that,

I cannot find any EULA for Google Widevine. Naturally, you will need to comply with all existing Google policies.
