hi, unfortunately this is a known issue with Forcepoint Websense (enterprise antivirus software) that causes crashing in Firefox. We are working with them to fix the problem. In the meantime, here’s what you can do to continue using Firefox.
Websense versions older than 8.1 may be affected by the startup crash. Please upgrade Websense to 8.1 or a higher version, or work with your IT administrator to upgrade according to Websense documentation about supported versions.
