emails disappearing after about 30 days
Hi I have my account set to never delete. I don't have a space limit on my mailbox. I am using Windows 10
emails seem to disappear from inbox after about 30 days. Please help. This is my business account and its causing havoc thx

Is there a particular folder from which they disappear?
Users often find if they move messages from Inbox to another folder they stay put.
And check the settings at Tools|Account Settings|{select account}|Synchronization & Storage.

Is there something beyond 'synchronization and storage' I should select? It is already sset to do that and not to delete any emails.... yet it seems to be....
