All my emails in Mozilla Thunderbird have disappered. I have not checked it in 3-4 weeks.

All of my e-mails have disappeared. None are downloading either. My mozilla thunderbird account is "rsshap@bellsouth" however I do not think I can receive e mails here, so I gave you another e mail to send reply to "shapirorhonda@gmail.com.

Logon to your bellsouth webmail account using a browser. Q: do you see a load of older emails? Q: Are there any recent emails?

Check to see if new mails are being received on the bellsouth server by sending an email using your gmail address to your bellsouth email address. Q: Confirm: Do new emails arrive in the webmail account - you may need to refresh the page to see them ?

Post this info: In Thunderbird 'Help' > 'Troubleshotting Information' click on 'copy text to clipboard' button in this forum question, right click in a 'Post a Reply' text box and select 'Paste'. you can edit/remove all info on fonts and printers but nothing else.
