why cant my profile be loaded, is it missing or inaccessible?
i installed thunderbird yesterday and tried moving some of my emails to the computers hard drive. i couldnt find them after coping them to my documents. when i tried doing it over again, and kept getting the error message "profile cannot be loaded, it may be missing or inaccessible". so i uninstalled thunderbird. this morning i went to download thunderbird again, and after clicking on "finish", the same error message appeared. (profile cant be loaded). why did this happen when starting all over? i'm using windows 10 on a new machine. thanks, markallen

How did you try to copy them to My Documents?
You appear to have damaged your profile. Move or rename it. Then Thunderbird should start up as if freshly installed. When you have a new profile you should be able to move parts of the old one into the new.
just got home from traveling. my profile is empty. i uninstalled thunderbird and reinstalled it. still cant open it, get profile error message. how can i fix my profile markallen
does thunderbird have a phone number i can call?
