trying to change my password results in "invalid password"; what is to do?
There was an unauthorized access to my account. When I tried to change my password (which included letters and numbers) I always received the message "invalid password. I tried several other combinations: the same answer. It is noewhere explaind what a password should look like. What is to do?

Before trying to change your password:
Have you indicated that you want to change your password ?
Untill you do, you will keep getting this 'invalid password' message ......

There was an unauthorized access to my account.
Most login pages have a Forgot Password link. Use it, and change your password to something else. If there is still a problem, contact its support.
