When opening mozilla. It reads mozilla not responding.What to do?
When opening firefox to get to my home page, home page does not appear,instead it reads mozilla not responding. Every has been fine since 2012 unit I downloaded your patch on 10/17/16. If I reboot the computer everything is fine until computer is turned off. Then to get my homepage back I have to rebooth again. Please help.

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

Uh-oh, there have been numerous reports of a fake patch, advertised on a colorful page with a large Firefox logo, which unfortunately installs malware on your system. Please use the free cleaning programs in the following support article to clean your system:

- I found a fake Firefox update
- Update Firefox to the latest release (safely, using the About Firefox dialog instead of any popup)
