Here is my issue websites with self signed certificates load just fine when im in Private mode of firefox and then dont when in normal mode.

I visit the website wsisamxxxx.xx.com in private and normal mode same website.

    • Normal mode

-Prompt that the Connection is not secure, due to a self signed certificate.

Site uses HSTS and hence cant add exception

-Click Advanced -I dont get the prompt to Add exception and proceed to the website.

    • Private Mode

-Prompt that the Connection is not secure, due to a self signed certificate. (dont get HSTS message) even through same website -Click advanced -Add exception and proceed to the website no problem

SEE ATTACHMENT I have already deleted and recreated the cert8.db still the same issue on the normal mode this happens to all self signed webpages i visit in normal mode.

Can someone help
