Firefox was updated and now Outlook Calendar and e-mail are not working/loading properly and I cannot view them. IE shows them fine.

Hi,

I've just tried logging into an outlook account and successfully managed to read an email, and look at a calendar. That suggests that this is not a general firefox problem, but it could be something to do with cached pages, cookies or addons etc.

Can I recommend that you try the suggestions from this answer to a similar question https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1114389#answer-856250

Let me know how it goes!

Thanks, Dave

Update, mail is working (it happened to be working before trying the recommended solution) but calendar is still not. It comes up to the calendar "page", but remains blank (Calendar header appears, but no calendar)

Just to confirm, have you now tried everything in the recommended solution?

Yes, I tried clearing the cache, this did not change anything, I still have the same issue.

PS- F just updated itself just before this started.

Clearing the cache is the first suggestion on the linked answer. There are two more to try! Clearing cookies and starting firefox in safe mode.

more options

Cookies are cleared, but not sure how to start FF in Safe Mode.

FYI- The calendar works fine in Chrome.

PS- None of the Tool settings in Outlook Calendar (refresh, automatic replies etc.) can be accessed.
