Menu Wizard can change how the menus are set up. Have you contacted its support?
Thx for answering Fred. The „AdBlocker Ultimate“ add-on does not have an option to remove the context-entry. And in the „menu-wizard“-menu you can’t remove the according check mark.

Menu Wizard has a support thread over here: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=2828771&start=1275 Maybe another Menu Wizard user who also uses AdBlocker Ultimate will have an answer for you in that support thread. Most support contributors around here use either uBlock Origin or Adblock Plus, both of which are far more popular.

Please provide a screenshot of the Context Menu where that "entry" appears. I suspect that it may be hiding in a sub-menu, that would need to be opened and viewed in Menu Wizard > Main Context Menu -> + . Those + 's are sub-menu indicators in Menu Wizard configuration "page". Youmay need to open each of those +'s to see if there is a menu item for that extension in one of those sub-menus. I have many (15) sub-menus showing in the Menu Wizard Configuration page. . about:config-menu
See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.
Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
Thanks for your help Fred and Edmeister. Yes, I already contacted the mozillazine support and the developer. In the meantime i’ll take edmeister’s advice, thanks for your detailed instructions. And yeah, deleting the adblocker would be a solution as well since i have installed adblock plus and ublock which probably are more than enough for the job.
