I had to reset my computer to factory settings. Prior to this when I clicked on the email address box on the Google sign in page, I was offered my google email address and my hotmail address to select. Then I just entered my password. After the reset, it no longer does this forcing me to type the email address each time. How do I get back to having the email addresses offered when clicking on the email address box? Thanks.

There's no login to use Firefox.

You say that your reset a Password, was that for Firefox Sync and various other Mozilla services that use a Firefox Account? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/access-mozilla-services-firefox-accounts

Nothing to do with saved Passwords / saved Login data.

After doing that reset to factory setting, did your Login data (Password data) in Firefox disappear?

I'm not sure. When I tried to log in to Firefox, my user name was good but I had to rest my password. But after resetting my password, the problem was still there. Thanks for your help.
